COMPLEX CASES

The Liver, Pancreas and Transplant Surgery team are regularly referred with complex surgical cases that rare in occurrences. These cases often involves advanced surgical planning. The application of transplant techniques to non-transplant procedures is a common theme in this section. Liver resections with in situ cold perfusion, Ex vivo Whipples, and liver resections with caval reconstructions are some of the examples.
