Decompression of the Gall Bladder
Technique description
Insertion of the trocar directly into the gall bladder allows for immediate drainage.
The gall bladder should be rinsed and drained prior to dissection.
This allows the gall bladder to be grasped, as well as preventing subsequent bile spillage.
