Pharmacy cases

These cases are intended to be used to enhance the teaching and learning of students from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. The cases include patients with a wide range of medical conditions based in a variety of practice settings. The goal is for the student to carry out a focused assessment in order to identify the patient's drug therapy problem(s) (DTPs) and subsequently recommend the correct care plan to address these DTPs. Feedback is provided to the student on their performance working up the case.
